So said Jeremy Bassett, strategy and new ventures director of Unilever, speaking at the recent launch of the IPA’s ADAPT programme (Alliances, Diversification, Agility, Performance and Talent). With this in mind, I approached SXSW this year eager to understand what new tech start-up brands could best benefit from.
